Robots meta set to index, but source code shows it set as nofollow, noindex

I’ve tried updating the global robots meta and the individual page robots meta, but the source code still shows <meta name=”robots” content=”nofollow, noindex”/>

Could this be a bug with the 1.0.112 update?

    Thanks for your help!
