The Rank Math plugin creates the robots.txt automatically. However, you can use the following lines on your robots.txt.

User-Agent: *
Allow: /wp-content/uploads/
Disallow: /wp-content/plugins/
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /readme.html
Disallow: /refer/

Sitemap: http://www.example.com/sitemap_index.xml

However, if you wish to apply those rules for security purposes then you are requested to modify your .htacess file.
