And it did not give results. I tried to make changes to snippet from different browsers. In Firefox, for example, the Rangnath window did not open. I was cleaning cookies + cache. Without result = (

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

I went ahead and conducted a plugin/theme conflict test by following this guide and I noticed that when you deactivate the WP Bakery builder, you can save the snippet.
Can you please confirm if this builder is bundled from your theme?

Disabling the plugin you specified helped. So at the time of filling out the snippet, I disable the plugin. Then I turn it back on and the snippet is saved!
