I am afraid that even though you can use a code snippet to assign schema to your pages, you have to resave each post for Rank Math to generate the schema data from your post data.
Please note that the rating schema is not available for all schema types, your posts will need to have one of the following schema types assigned:
– Book
– Course
– Event
– Product
– Recipe
– Software Application

Thanks for getting back to us.
All the schema data is saved in the postmeta table of your database but each rich snippet type has unique fields.
If you are up to the task you can create a query to fetch all your posts and update the meta values.
