You need to go to Schema Templates > Edit > Display Conditions and include the Singular > Product and Save

Thank you for the follow-up.
The Rating field should have a number from the minimum to maximum rating on how would you rate the product. Since your minimum is 1, and the maximum is 5, you would need to enter an exact value between 1-5.

Yes, you can remove the WooCommerce product schema since you’re already using a schema template for your products. This is to also avoid duplication of your rich snippet data.
