  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your rich results. It seems that despite adding stars, you are still seeing "none" in the rich results. Here are a few points to consider:

    1. Schema Markup Validation: It’s essential to ensure that your Schema Markup is correctly implemented. You can use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to validate your Schema. If there are errors, such as duplicate schema entries, they can indeed affect how Google interprets your content.

    2. Duplicate Schema Errors: Yes, duplicate schema errors can potentially cause issues with how Google processes your pages. If Google encounters conflicting or repeated information, it may choose not to display rich results for those pages.

    3. Crawling and Indexing: Even if your pages are indexed, issues with the structured data can lead to rich snippets not appearing. Google has the final say on whether to display rich snippets based on various factors, including the quality and correctness of the structured data.

    4. Quality Issues: Other quality-related issues on your site can also impact the visibility of rich snippets. Factors like poorly written content, slow loading times, or a non-mobile-friendly site can contribute to this.

To address the duplicate schema error you mentioned, we recommend correcting it in your implementation and then re-testing your pages using the Rich Results Testing Tool.

If you have further questions or need assistance with specific corrections, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    1. Your SoftwareApplication schema doesn’t have the aggregateRating property so if you intend to obtain a star rating on the SERP, please provide a value for the aggregateRating.

Also, please note that the stats you see in the Index Status came directly from Google so if the schema is already valid (which is currently is), then Rank Math will eventually display it in the Index Status once a data fetch from Google is initiated.

You can forcibly fetch the data by following this guide and see if that would help: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

    2. Regarding your duplicate FAQs, can you please share the specific post URL here so we can check?

    Looking forward to helping you.

I remember that you advised to disable the rich result, because it could give conflicts with the Schema of Rank Math and to use your pro version in the future to add the appropriate Schema.

I disabled the rich results again. I must have activated them by mistake.

    Hello,

The schema structure seems to be validated. If we are to check the page source of that page you shared, you should see only one instance of FAQ schema.

Please note that sometimes, the schemas are reported or shown under a different schema type in the Rich Result Test which is normal for a validator. You can simply ignore this as long as the schema structure is valid.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
