The Service Schema does not have the ratings Schema.
For the products, there is no option for adding the number of votes because that would be tricking Google into thinking that users have added votes whereas it is just you adding a random number.
If you are looking for user ratings, please use this plugin:

Rank Math only has the option for author ratings.
