Which Review Location do I use for structured data? I had the shortcode so far, but I haven’t added it anywhere.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.
The Review Location in the schema lets you choose where the information from the Schema should be added.
You can add it above the content, below the content, or both above and below the content.
You can also use the shortcode and choose a custom location. Just copy the shortcode and paste it anywhere on your content.
Looking forward to helping you.
So it’s like I didn’t use structured data until now, because it had to be applied with the shortcode?
Which option is better? Probably not the shortcode.
Hello,
You can choose the Custom (use shortcode) in that field so the schema data won’t be added automatically to your content.
Instead of adding the information using the shortcode, you can simply structure the schema data as a normal article (using text widgets, headings, etc). This will also save you time styling the shortcode using CSS to be user-friendly.
The point is that all the content available for Google to see (schema data) should be visible to visitors as well to comply with Google’s guidelines:
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/sd-policies#contentHope that helps.
Sorry, but I am very confused. I don’t even know what I will see.
I have this setting right now and these are the choices. But I don’t know which one is best for a free online game site that has stars for rating and adds a rich snippet.
I did a quick test on the staging site and I see that you add in formations. I would like to know more about what it is for. Also, create a duplicate with the image I added after the video game.
https://imgur.com/a/Aagjpg3Also, I don’t understand the price: USD. It doesn’t say 0 and I would have preferred it to be just FREE, without USD.
I had created the featured images on all posts, but since it is an online gaming site, it could be confusing to see the image first and the game below.
So, I removed the featured image and put an image after the game. Now I have 2 images on the sitemap. You suggested a filter to remove the images, but I fear that at this point Google could see the added image as a duplicate. Since it is the same as the featured image.
Finally, you suggested that to apply the Schema Software Application it is necessary that it is inserted into the page. So, after a long work to put the images in each post, I should put the Scheme after each game but before the TOC and probably remove the added images.
I have quite confused ideas, but the third choice seems the most suitable. But I am not convinced by the small image on the right. I would insert it before the title of the scheme, 740px large. This way it is as if I had a large image after the game.
However, the doubt remains for the categories and pages. How do I apply the images at this point? Adding Schema to posts can be helpful, but then categories would only have an image after a list of archives and it could be confusing. In posts, Schema will say it’s a free game, but it would be helpful if you had a similar feature for categories. A user would end up in categories and might not realize they are free games, but just reviews or something. Pages currently have an image at the beginning, like a featured image. The home page has the popular posts for each category.
I don’t have any Schemas visible on any type of page at the moment, but I think they are important or the various search engines would not have reached a common agreement to implement the feature with the same rules.
Hello,
The Schema shortcode or review location should only be used when you want to add the Schema data to the content. This should be done only when you already don’t have all the information in the content. Since you have added all the details, you don’t need to use the shortcode or change the review location. The Schema will still be applied to the page.
Also, the featured images are managed by your theme, and you must check its settings or get in touch with their support to remove the featured image.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

I didn’t add this information in the content, I don’t understand what you mean. I’m going to do this: featured image, game, shortcode with structured data.
Hello,
The way structured data works is that the schema should represent the true content of the webpage. You are essentially telling search engines the nature of the content of the page.
So if you haven’t added the structured data information directly into your content, using the Schema shortcode is the right approach.
This way, you’ll still be able to display the review Schema data, and your page will remain optimized for search engines.
We hope this helps.
Thanks.
Can you fix the missing value in the price? The game is free.
Hello,
There’s nothing to fix there. The Schema is being output like that because you have set a price of zero to that. If you need to remove that from the output of the review you can target that with custom CSS and remove that entry, however, custom code is outside the scope of our support.
Thank you.
Which sense has put Currency if miss value Price? I wanted Price, not Currency. Or both, but not Currency only.
I’ve added Review, this will override stars added from a star rating plugin? IF yes, also this Rank Math should change something. A my rewiew it’s fine, and i’m agree to show on structured data, but not on SERP where should be rich snippet with rating added by users. Mine rating are different from users. Or I should add 5 stars to all rating to have more click rate. I’ve added many 3 stars and below as rate, because they are a my honest rate.
Hello,
The ‘Price Currency’ field displays because the price value is set to zero. Unfortunately, structured data requires both values. To remove ‘Price Currency,’ you can customize the output with CSS.
Regarding reviews, adding your own review schema won’t override user-generated ratings from other plugins. Each rating is independent, so both can coexist without affecting each other in search results.

I removed the price and currency from the structured data and changed the image layout. Unfortunately, the image is from the 300px size and not the original. The quality is significantly lower.
I took 2 photos on mobile emulation and you will see that your image is much uglier than the featured image.
https://imgur.com/a/1jHz5juIf I had known before that WordPress is damn bad at resizing images, I would not have uploaded them at 1200x630px.
Why i’m not able to see these codes on page?
/* Width of images of structured data in posts */ .entered.litespeed-loaded { border-radius: 20px !important; width: 100% !important; height: auto !important; } /* Title size of structured data in posts */ #rank-math-rich-snippet-wrapper h5.rank-math-title { display: block; font-size: 24px !important; font-family: arial, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, sans-serif !important; font-weight: bolder !important; }
Hello,
The first set of rules is not related to our plugin.
The second set of rules applies to the title of the Rich Snippet but given that you are using a performance plugin that caches the CSS you need to clear the cache completely and make sure that the latest CSS rules are loaded each time you make changes to the data.
You also need to make sure this is added to the additional CSS section of the appearance customization section of your WordPress installation.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
