The star rating(review snippets) comes with a limited list of schema types. To have this you’ll need to use one of the schema types listed here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/review-snippet
The link you shared, for example, is using product schema which is adding the rating to the page. You can confirm by testing the URL with Google rich results test tool here: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results
