    Hello, I have not received any message that my account should be renewed.

    I see that the payment was received in the last few days.

    I have now canceled the automatic renewal and am requesting a refund as I was not notified in writing of the renewal. I don’t use your plugins. These are ai and seo plugins.

    If I do not receive this I will instruct my bank to return the money.

    Yes, I’m sure. I can send a statement of the transaction where I have both respected. I wanted to try the plugin for the year 2024 in the pro range, but it is not profitable for us and very expensive. That’s why we didn’t even want to extend it. I didn’t know about automatic renewal.
