As of yesterday, I began to receive this warning in the SEO Analysis under Response Time:
“The response time of your page is 0.21 seconds. It is recommended to keep it equal to or below 0.2 seconds”
I have made no changes to the website. We have W3TotalCache Plugin set to page cache. I contacted our host server (HostGator) and they informed they are showing a response time of under 0.21 seconds.
I have also reset the SEO Analysis under Tools, but yet it is now consistently giving the warning that the page response time is 0.21 seconds.
It seems to be stuck on this 0.21 seconds. Can you please fix this?

Hello,
I checked the SEO Analysis once again and I can see that the Response Time test is not passing. However, checking your website with our external Analyzer, the test is passing.
Allow us to escalate this ticket to our dev team to further check the issue. You should hear from us shortly.
In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need our assistance with anything else.
This is a recurring issue and hopefully can be fixed.
Hello,
It seems that the results are still being cached on your website and unable to be properly deleted with our plugin options.
If you check the website with our external SEO Analyzer you’ll see that the results are different and shown correctly: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/
Please delete the option
rank_math_seo_analysis_resultsfrom thewp_optionsof this site and then run the SEO Analysis again to update the results.Hope this helps solve your issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Yesterday, the error was fixed but now it reappeared. This is VERY frustrating. I have contacted our host server (HostGator) and they said the problem is RANK MATH. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS. I provided you the sensitive data to enter the WP Admin.
Once again, I am having the same problem with the SEO Analysis. It is not a server issue. Last time you “flushed” the data to fix this. I don’t know why this keeps on happening. I purged pages and browser.
This is the error:
The response time of your page is 0.31 seconds. It is recommended to keep it equal to or below 0.2 seconds.Yet, when I run the site using the RankMath SEO Analizer not from the plugin there is no error.
This problem is really frustrating. It seems to get stuck on the error and does not correct itself. It makes me question whether all the other data RankMath provides is accurate because this is certainly not.

Hello,
We did a speed analysis of your website loading time with BrowserStack and it does seem like your website is loading fairly slow on most browsers: https://www.browserstack.com/speedlab/report/0bc05ea6dc30eb016685f9637a8ed309d60a0ab8
We noticed that you do have a caching plugin but your homepage is automatically redirecting on some cases and that can add loading time to the page.
We recommend the following settings for W3 Total Cache to have the best results possible: https://onlinemediamasters.com/w3-total-cache-settings/
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
I AM NOT SEEING ANY OF YOUR RESPONSES. I AM RECEIVING EMAILS YOU HAVE SENT A RESPONSE BUT THEY ARE NOT SHOWING UP IN THE TICKET
If you enter my WP Admin you will see I am using W3 Total Cache with the settings you suggest. Why are you saying the site has no caching plug in????
Hello,
We never stated that you don’t have a caching plugin, we mentioned that we do see the caching plugin on your website:
We noticed that you do have a caching plugin but your homepage is automatically redirecting on some cases and that can add loading time to the page.
But also indicated the situation with the redirections.
Plus, if you check the report we’ve done with BrowserStack you can see that there’s still a lot of room for improvement and even the Google PageSpeed Insights has some issues specifically with the mobile version of the website.
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

I don’t think it is possible that everytime I run an SEO Analysis it says has the same amount of seconds. It is always .57 seconds. For months and months we never had this error and then all of a sudden it appeared. I had to have RankMath support “flush” the system to remove this error. So, please do the same thing. I would also appreciate specific ways we can easily prevent this error from happening again. Where do you see the redirections on the home loading page, for instance? Thank you.
Hello,
The error is showing because the homepage is loading slowly as per the report we have previously submitted and showed you.
We already flushed the system completely and ran the tests which return the same error so we are confident that there’s no caching causing this and it’s your homepage loading speed that needs improving.
Regarding the redirection this is where we see that the page is being loaded on a different URL:

The redirection you mention is a necessary redirection since our site is in three languages and the Polylag plugin will redirect according to the language setting of the operating system. In the past, when this error arose, we contacted support staff and the problem was fixed. All other times there is no error and no changes have been made to the site. What are the odds that every single time we run an SEO Analysis that the result is the same response time? The error does not change. It is stuck. All I know is that for years we received no error and the response time was under .02 and starting this week the error began with no changes on the site.
Hello,
The result is not always the same, as we ran the tests a couple of times with our external SEO Analyzer and saw results that differ a little bit but still are higher than the recommended 0.2s response time.
This is only a recommendation and if you feel confident that the response time on your website is good enough you can safely ignore this message.
We simply report what the tool can see and that is backed up by the tests we’ve done with the BrowserStack app and shared with you.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
