Requesting A Refund For Cancellation of my subscription

    I requested a refund. My subscription was just renewed the day before yesterday. It’s still pending in my bank account. I don’t need the plugin at the moment so it’s no need to waste money I really can’t afford now for something I am not utilizing. You never answered. and it says I can’t access my ticket. No one has responded, so I will file a charge back with my bank and/or go to my local consumer affairs office if need be to file a claim. This is not good customer service.

  • Never mind. It shows in my payment method section a refund. You guys used to have excellent customer service. No email has been sent to tell me you answered my support ticket.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Our team has initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded including the support ticket in the PRO forum.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go. If you don’t mind us asking, is there any particular reason you have chosen to cancel? Perhaps there’s something we can help you with.
