    Dear Rank Math Support,

    I hope you’re well.

    I’m the owner of lovettejallow.com, and the Rank Math Pro license for my website was originally purchased by my web developer. I would now like to have the license ownership transferred to me so I can manage the subscription, access support directly, and update the credits and billing information as needed.

    Please note:

    The license is still being used for lovettejallow.com.

    I am not changing domains, only requesting the license account be assigned to me as the site owner.

    Kindly let me know what steps are needed to complete this transfer. I can provide any verification or documentation required.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    The website is currently under the email address [see Sensitive Data section]. However, that account doesn’t have a Rank Math PRO subscription. It currently only has the Content AI plan, which is also canceled.

    If you believe you own a subscription, it may have been purchased with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate that account?
