Request to Change Subscription from Content AI Starter to SEO Plugin Pro

    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I recently noticed that a subscription payment was processed for the Content AI Starter plan. However, I intended to subscribe to the SEO Plugin Pro plan instead.

    Could you please assist me in either:

    Refunding the payment for the Content AI Starter plan, or

    Converting the current subscription to the SEO Plugin Pro plan and charging/refunding the difference as necessary?

    Thank you for contacting the support.
     
    The renewal is for your Content AI purchased on April 8, 2024.

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
     
    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
     
    You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:

    At the time of purchase, I mistakenly believed that the Content AI Starter subscription included access to the Rank Math Pro plugin.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but changing the subscription product isn’t possible at the moment. You can cancel the Content AI subscription in your account so you won’t be charged on its next supposed renewal date, then purchase the PRO plan from here: https://rankmath.com/pricing/
