    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to request the cancellation of my Content AI Starter subscription. Unfortunately, I do not see an option in my account to cancel it manually. I have not used the service and no longer intend to use it moving forward.

    Therefore, I kindly ask that you cancel my subscription effective immediately and issue a refund for the recent charge.

    Please let me know if you need any further information from my side in order to process this request.

    Thank you for contacting the support.
     
    The renewal is for your Content AI purchased on June 16, 2023.

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?
     
    If you received it, then sorry to disappoint you, but our refund policy does not extend to renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
