    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent renewal of my Rank Math subscription, which occurred without any prior notification or consent from my side.

    I would like to bring the following points to your attention:

    No Renewal Notification Received:
    I did not receive any email or notification informing me about the upcoming renewal. As per standard practice, I was expecting a notification to allow me the opportunity to review or cancel the renewal.

    Subscription Was Previously Cancelled:
    My subscription was cancelled last year, and I do not understand how it could have been renewed when there was no active subscription in place.

    Given these circumstances, I kindly request you to review this matter and process a refund for the renewed amount. Additionally, I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that my account is not charged for any further renewals.

    This account only has subscriptions dated back to 2022 and there were no renewals in 2023 and 2024 under this account.

    If you have other accounts registered with us please provide us the email address where this renewal happened so we can take a closer look.
