    We recently noticed that our account was subscribed to the RankMath Content AI plan without our prior knowledge or explicit consent. We did not authorize this subscription and were unaware of the charges until we reviewed our billing records.

    We kindly request a full refund for this unintentional subscription. Please also ensure that the subscription is cancelled to prevent any future charges.

    We value RankMath’s services and hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Please let us know if we need any further details to process the refund.

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    You originally purchased the Rank Math PRO subscription way back on the 5th of April last year (see invoice). This package comes with a 15-day trial of Content AI which have renewed on the 20th of the same month (see invoice) since you didn’t cancel it after the trial.

    Sorry but since this is a purchase made almost a year ago which is way outside the refund policy, we can’t initiate a refund. Before the renewal charge of the Content AI, we send out an email notification to give you ample time to cancel it.
