    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I was surprised to receive a notification today that $105.47 USD was charged to my KB Kookmin Card for a Rank Math subscription. However, I had already canceled my subscription last year and have not authorized any renewal.

    As I am not currently subscribed to any Rank Math services, I kindly request a full refund for this unexpected charge.

    Please let me know if you require any additional information to process the refund.

    We’re unable to locate a transaction under your Rank Math account. It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address you used to purchase or forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
