Hello Rank Math Support,
I am reaching out to request a refund for two recent charges made to my account:
• $104.39 on June 6, 2025 (Posted: June 8, 2025)
• $78.26 on June 21, 2025 (Posted: June 22, 2025)
(Both charged to card ending in 5160)These appear to be duplicate or overlapping charges for the same service. After reviewing with my administrator, we’ve confirmed that we no longer intend to use Rank Math and do not wish to maintain an active subscription.
As we have not used the service and do not plan to in the future, I kindly ask that you process a full refund for both transactions.
I’ve attached screenshots for your reference, including the transaction details and reference numbers:
