  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If you don’t mind us asking, is there any particular reason why you wish to cancel your subscription? Perhaps there’s something we can help you with? We really appreciate your feedback.

However, if you have already made up your mind, while we will be sorry to see you go, we fully respect your decision.

We offer a 30-day refund policy and we will assist you with your refund request.

Let us know if you need assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

Hello, our ranking is not going up after we used your product and we decided to put on hold the renewal.

    Hello,

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go. We are continuously improving our products, so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.

We would much appreciate any feedback you have to offer.

Regarding the ranking of your website, please note that it depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking you:

    1. Your website’s authority
    2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.
    3. How competitive the keyword is.
    4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.
    5. Your website’s crawlability.
    6. Frequency of new content and content updates.
    7. So much more that there is a dedicated blog post on it by Brian Dean 🙂 https://backlinko.com/google-ranking-factors

We would recommend that you keep at it and work on acquiring more links to break into the top SERPs. Here are a few resources we think you will find useful while devising an SEO strategy.
