    I hope you’re doing well.

    I’m reaching out regarding my Rank Math Pro subscription, which is now due. Last year, your support team assured me that if I contacted you during the next renewal cycle, I could continue at the $59/year lifetime rate. I’ve waited patiently and am now following up on that promise.

    I’ve truly appreciated the value Rank Math Pro has brought to my site, and I’d like to continue using it. However, if this offer is no longer honored despite the previous commitment, I will unfortunately have to reconsider my subscription. There are competitive alternatives in the market that offer similar features, and switching would be disappointing—but necessary if loyalty is not reciprocated.

    Please let me know how we can proceed with the $59/year lifetime renewal as promised. I’m ready to renew immediately if confirmed.
