Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s). Did you not receive that? Please let us know. We are here to assist you with your refund request.
I didn’t remember if automatic payment was applied for this account. And I couldn’t check the mail 7 days ago.
With this in mind, I would like you to cancel the payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund in this case. The renewal of the plugin was clearly stated on the pricing page, and reminders were sent before the subscription renewal.
