You can import the settings used in The SEO Framework by going through these steps:
As Rank Math does not accept data from the SEO Framework at the moment, but you can work around this by making use of a third-party SEO plugin that accepts data from this plugin and then importing the data to Rank Math.
You can import data from SEO Framework to a supporting plugin such as Yoast:

And then use the Rank Math import option to import the data from Yoast:
