Currently, there is no way to reorder the FAQ schema. As you have mentioned above, you need to edit the HTML (correctly) to reorder them.

I’m running into the same issue. What do you mean by editing the HTML “correctly”? If I change a single letter, the faq block crashes…
How to reproduce:
* Edit as HTML
* Change one letter inside the answer text
* Visually edit -> crash
I found the same thing. I’ve edited HTML plenty of times before but I’ve also found that it crashes if I attempt to edit HTML for the FAQ. Assumed that it was me that was doing something wrong nonetheless, but maybe not?

You need to edit the post/page as HTML and replace the position of the complete block and place as per your requirement.
