Hi,
I got an email earlier today notifying me that the credit card I had used to buy the Pro Version during last year’s launch has expired and I have to change it.
I just logged into my account and I see that the subscription has already been terminated.
Of course, I want to renew, but I am pretty sure that at some point I had this deal for 1500 tracked keywords for the Pro plan. Now it seems that all this data is lost.
Can you please check it out and let me know as soon as possible?
In my humble opinion, there should have been a reminder in place at least three days ago that my subscription is about to expire, so I could have taken care of that.
Kindly let me know how should I proceed and what’s going on with the number of tracked keywords.
