renew license Confusing in my account

    I’m confused by your account management dashboard. I subscribed, I think in May 2021, but when I go to the dashboard I can’t figure out if I renewed and if I didn’t how to renew? It’s very confusing dashboard. It shows one of our sites Pivotal Solutions on Business and the other one Buddha Weekly is not (probably because I re-installed due to speed issue on the site). Can you clarify for me. It seems I need to renew, but I dont’ see a clear path to do so? Or do I?

    Also, I seem to have this account on an email that no longer exists (p*@p************) I need it changed to my email of d*************@m***** but it won’t let me because apparently I have that registered already. is it easier to take out a license in the account I prefer derekarmstrong.com or to renew here in the [email protected] account and ask you to change it to d*************@m*****.

    The renewal is an automatic process and there is no way to do it manually. If for some reason renewal doesn’t happen, you can purchase a new subscription to keep the premium features active. However, I can check that your old subscription expired on the 6th of June and that you have recently purchased a new subscription.

    For the account, we can merge your accounts and move the subscription to your preferred email address. Please confirm and we will do the needful.
