We have double-checked our records, and there’s no refund request or refund issued from our side. The system clearly indicates that the payment was disputed from your end, which resulted in an automatic chargeback.
Unfortunately, due to this, our payment processor no longer accepts payments from your account at the moment. We basically can’t do anything at this point.
