Rank math sitemaps are by default set to noindex so the shouldn’t appear on any SERPs. Could you please share a screenshot and the URL you are seeing in the SERPs so we can know how to assist you. You can use https://imgbb.com for the screenshot and add the URLs in the sensitive section
