removing category base causing page not found

    Hi,
I´m facing the problem that after removing the category base, my new subcategories that I make for my products and are translated (with polylang) are giving the Error: No Results Found,The page you requested could not be found.
The English ones are appearing right.
I can allocate products to these subcategories, I can see the number of products allocated to the categories, but if I change from the English category tab to the German, I get the error.
Is there any chance to fix this?

  • I tested it further and not just the new translated subcategories, also the old ones are not working.
For the moment I disabled this function in RankMath to have my categories working, but it would be really nice to have this if this issue could be solved.

    Thank you

I am experiencing the same issue whenever a Product Collection or Product is updated. Seems there is a bug with the permalinks that keep making the RankMath Stripping disappear. It only works if you update the Permalinks section in WordPress – definitely very inconvenient to have to do it.
