    Hi there
I really am stuck on how to stop an attachment loading on my home page that is a 301 redirect. Its slowing down the load speed and I have no idea how to remove it. It does not exist in my media library.
I send a link to the speed report below so you can see. The URL slug is /clases-de-yoga-online-9.jpg

Its not even listed in the waterfall report under images but HTML.
In the info on the waterfall report it says its being redirected by RankMath.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
    Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

I checked your website and it seems like all the 404 URLs are automatically redirecting to the homepage.

This happens when you’ve set the Fallback Behaviour to Homepage from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections.
    Fallback behaviour

If that’s the case, could you please temporarily change the Fallback Behaviour to Default 404 and see if the redirection is removed?

Please let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Hi Prabhat Rai
    Thanks for your prompt response
I did as you said and now the speed test comes up as a red url and 404 status. It takes 854ms to load and Im sure much more on mobile. Its a jpg but is in the HTML section in the waterfall report in the link below. How do I delete it because its not something that exists on the page or anywhere I can see?

    Hello,

Upon investigating, I found that the image URL (/clases-de-yoga-online-9.jpg) is coming from the CSS file linked to your homepage and GTMetrix seems to be using that in the test.

In the sensitive data section of this ticket, I’ve added the URL of the CSS file. You can remove/replace the image URL in the CSS file and after clearing the website’s cache, test the website again and see if the URL is removed.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hi
Thanks again Prabhat! “You can remove/replace the image URL in the CSS file.” How do I do this? Please dont say contact a developer:)) Not an option at the moment Im afraid. We use Hello theme/ Elementor Pro. I cant edit the style.css file.
    Thanks for your time
