remove the base product from the url does not work

    Hello, I am trying to eliminate the product base from the slug, I already applied the option, however it does not work, can it be an adjustment from the permanent links?

    Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    The Remove Base option removes the base defined under the WordPress admin area > Settings > Permalinks > Product permalinks.

    Could you confirm if you have defined the base in the above location?
