Hello,
Thanks for contacting us!
Could you please share the URL which you want to remove?
In the meantime, please flush the Permalinks, save the sitemap settings, and see if that fixes the issue. To do this, please see this screencast: https://www.loom.com/share/2f96d9b8f7e640feb9e1b86ba2a67e68
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks!
Hi, thank you I already tried the suggestion you gave but to no avail, it was not being removed, my issue is that a URL is being displayed in the sitemap for a post type and I am sure it’s displaying the post type itself since the post with that slug which in this case is ‘article’ doesn’t exist and it’s being displayed I still want to show the ‘article’ post type posts on sitemap I just want to remove that specific URL which is ‘mysite.com/article’
Hello,
Thanks for your reply!

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section.
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information.
I’ve also replicated this issue on your sitemap. In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
![Sensitive Data Section](https://i.mythemeshop.com/SphEG0+)
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
Ah I thank you very much but unfortunately, I don’t have the clearance to do that thank you for your help though
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
We understand and respect your decision about sharing the login credentials. However, this issue seems to be a duplicate of your other ticket.
I’ve already replied there, and you can continue replying to that ticket for further troubleshooting steps to avoid duplication.
Thank you.
