Remove rankmath_google_api_failed_attempts_data

That option is generated each time the connection to Google API for the Analytics module fails and it logs information about the failure.

​​​​​​​If you are not using this module you can simply remove the option from your website and it won’t be generated again until you enable the module and the reconnection fails.

We have completely removed that option from the database since it’s no longer needed and it shouldn’t appear anymore as long as you don’t enable the Analytics module.
