    Hi!

My site has user profiles which have urls of the following format: domain.com/profile/username

All the profile pages are set as noindex by rankmath. I tried deactivating rank math and then the noindex tag is removed.

Please help me set all the profile pages as indexable while still keeping rank math active.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If Profile is a post type on your website, you can easily set it to index with Rank Math.

Go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Profile > Enable Profile Robots Meta > Check index checkbox.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Hi, the problem is that user profile is not available as a separate post type on my site. So, is there any filter I could use to solve this issue?

    Hello,

Thank you for your patience as we look into your issue.

Could you please try navigating to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Authors and select ‘Disabled’ next to author archives. Screenshot:

If that does not work please can you verify how the profile pages are generated on your website. To do so, please follow our guide to perform a conflict check. The conflict check allows you to activate troubleshooting mode where you can deactivate plugins for yourself, but not for other users. While in troubleshooting mode, activate plugins one by one until the profile pages return. Once you have have determined which plugin/theme is used to generate the profile pages, please share it with us so we can investigate further.

Hope that helps. Please let us know how it goes.
