    We apologize for the issue you are facing with removing your card details. To remove a payment method from your Rank Math account, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account area: Go to Rank Math account area.
    2. Navigate to Subscriptions: Choose Subscriptions from the left sidebar.
    3. Access Payment Methods: In the Subscriptions and Billing page, navigate to the Payment Methods tab.
    4. Manage Payment Method: Click the Manage button next to the payment method you wish to remove and select the Remove option.
    5. Confirm Removal: You will see a prompt to confirm removing the payment method. Click Yes to proceed.

    Please note that you cannot remove the default payment method until you set another payment method as default first.

    I think you should watch video first. In this tutorial has removed only one payment method and still remain one. In tutorial not shown removing all cards.

    So, its not helpful for me. I need to remove last one card which is added with this account.

    The default (and only) payment method cannot be removed while a subscription is still active.

    We can see that your subscription is currently pending cancellation and will be canceled in 3 days.

    Once the subscription is fully canceled, please contact our payment processor, FastSpring, to remove your card details: https://fastspring.com/consumer-support-form/

    Can you remove my card yourself if i provide you my login credential? It makes me very trouble to remove.

    I was planning to buy rankmath from a new email to get discount. But now i understand its very difficult to remove card details.

    Why i will face this difficulties.

    Our payment provider requires a payment method attached to the active plan. Since your PRO plan hadn’t ended, you were not able to remove the payment method. We can check that you have removed the payment method after the plan ended.

    Payment method removed my your payment processor. I requested them to remove it. Its done now.

    But i have a question.

    To use free rank math should continue this account? OR i can use free rank math from wordpress plugin only?

    Don’t worry; none of your settings will be lost during the transition. Everything gets safely stored in your WordPress database, and the PRO will remain intact and activates back as soon as your subscription becomes active again.
