If you have uninstalled Rank Math from your site then the meta tags that you are seeing must be from your theme. The tags are removed as soon as you disable the plugin. Please get in touch with your theme if you are unable to remove noindex robots tag.

There must be an option to disable the tags in your theme options. If you are not able to find it then get in touch with the support of your theme as they will be able to help you with this.
Also make sure that the Search Engine Visibility is Unchecked in WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading.
