Hi Marco,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
You can choose 0 into the max-snippet field to not show any meta description in Google:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
But this will be reflected also on posts with mete description set on single post?
Because point is that I want to set custom meta description on some posts and leave it empty on others.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
The options shared by my colleague are present when editing single posts on the sidebar which makes it possible to remove the snippet on specific posts.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
So I need to do that manually on each post? It’s the only way?
Hello,
You could also set all posts with empty descriptions and set the description just on some manually. But if your question is if we have a tool to set empty descriptions in just several posts in bulk, unfortunately we don’t have such a tool implemented right now.
Looking forward to help you.
Hi Marco,
I am afraid you have to do it on each post. There is no way to automate this. This is a very peculiar use-case so we don’t have any options specific for this. What I offered above is a workaround.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
