Remove Base URL Error

I have activated the Remove Base & Remove Category Base feature in Rank Math SEO.

The Remove Category Base is working just fine I guess. For Example we have the following Category URL.

https://example.com/category1

When I visit https://example.com/non-existent-category-base/category1 for example it will redirect me to the https://example.com

But for Product pages the same Product is available under an endless amount of urls.

For example we have the product:

https://example.com/product1

I can add any base in front of /product 1 for example https://example.com/non-existent-product-base/product1 and we will see the exact same page.

There is still a canonical to the correct URL but I dont know if this is what google wants.
