Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,

Hello,
Where you able to run the tests Michael previously posted? If so, did you find any plugin or theme conflict? Let us know.

Hi,
If you want Google to index your website, you should uncheck that option.
Hope that helps.
now i am facing another problem with sitemap, before using rankmath i use sitemap, after that when i install rankmath plugin, and submit sitemap into google search console now google stop indexing my sitemap and showing two sitemaps in google search console e.g
http://www.example.com/sitemap.xml
http://www.example.com/sitemap_index.xml
along with showing error that (Coverage: Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical) now please help how can i fix this, because i used your sitemap and now i am facing issue. waiting for your response.
thanksHi Asif,
The
sitemap.xml
is not from Rank Math. You can remove that from the Google Search Console. You can share one URL with the canonical issue so we can check further.

and what about this problem can you guide me please. after i submit rankmath sitemap to google search console i received this error please check for canonical issue check this screenshot
https://imgur.com/a/MgZFhyWHello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
It is not recommended to index the sitemap file since no one want the contents of the sitemap file to appear on the SERP. The URL should not be indexable.
I can also suggest that you login to your site root folder via FTP and check whether a sitemap.xml file exists and delete it. You should also not have any other sitemap plugins installed on your site.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
