I checked the page, it is correctly set to index.
Rank Math sets the products and product categories/tags to index. The related products on the page are shown by the theme and if they are set to index, Google will index them.

If you do not wish for Google to crawl those products in the “Related Products” section, you can add rel='nofollow' so when Google crawls the primary products, the URLs under the Related Products section will be skipped.

The nofollow attribute is best applied in the anchor tag (<a href="...">...</a>).
Your website theme controls the generation of URLs under the “Related Products” section on your product page.
I would suggest to contact your theme author on how to apply the attribute as they are in the best position to do so.
