Could you confirm if you’re saying that you’re unable to generate the sitemap for the custom taxonomy?
If yes, please confirm if you’ve enabled the sitemap from the taxonomy from Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > [Taxonomy name]?
If yes, please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps again.
