I entered in that region but it seems you didn’t add there a custom meta description using Rank Math, that is why you are not seeing that one added.
I also saw you have there a meta description, but it seems to be added by another plugin or the theme.
The same seems to happen with the social snippet, it seems to be not configured on each listing.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I was able to follow the process to troubleshoot and see the plugin conflict. It only seems to occur when am using Mylisting theme and Rankmath Plugin.
A quick search through this forum and I see users who had similar problems with Rankmath compatibility with Mylisting theme.

I noticed you shared some code to be added, and am thinking maybe that’s my issue too. And if it’s indeed a similar issue, then please advise on where the code should be added.
Either way, please take a look from your end. If you check above in the sensitive data section you’ll notice I shared temporary access with you guys so you can see the issue from the backend.
Kindly advise on what I can do to fix the issue.

Sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked the page you have provided, and it seems that you haven’t set up the meta, description, and social image preview. I also noticed that the default OpenGraph thumbnail is still not set; that’s why there’s no image showing in preview.
Upon further checking, I noticed that the link is redirecting to another URL /explore-classic/. Can you confirm if this redirection supposed to be correct? I’ve attached the screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.

Thank you for the additional information.
I’ve checked the link you have provided, and it seems that the image in the content is showing in the preview when sharing on social media. However, you can use this filter in your theme’s functions.php file to force the use of the default OpenGraph image instead of the first image in the content:
add_filter('rank_math/opengraph/pre_set_content_image', function() {
return true;
});
Your page seems to have duplicate meta due to incompatibility with plugin or theme; that’s why it’s not picking the one you have setup with Rank Math. I’ve attached the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

If I understand it correctly you said ” Your page seems to have duplicate meta due to incompatibility with plugin or theme”, so this means it’s possible the theme am using is NOT compatible with Rankmath plugin? Does this mean I have to do away with either the theme or the plugin?
Or what do you suggest I can do to fix the issue?

You may not have to do away with either. All you need is to find the option to disable the duplicated meta in one of them.
To use Rank math meta, you will need to get in touch with the theme provider to assist in disabling the meta added by the theme but if you wish to disable Rank math meta instead then you can use the filters suggested here: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#opengraph
