However, could you confirm if you tried the fix suggested by my colleague to remove the trailing slash?https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/simple-regex-redirect-not-working/?view=all#post-370224
If not, please test this in the latest version of the plugin and see if that fixes the issue.

Hello, by putting the latest Version 1.0.87 and removing the last slash, it works.
