In Rank Math, you can set the priority for each page directly within the page editor. Here’s how you can do it:
- Edit the Page/Post: Go to the page or post you want to set the priority for and click on Edit.
- Rank Math Meta Box: Scroll down to the Rank Math meta box (usually located below the content editor).
- Advanced Tab: Click on the Advanced tab within the Rank Math meta box.
- Set Priority: You will find an option to set the Priority for that specific page. You can assign a value between 0 and 1, where 1 is the highest priority.
- Update: Don’t forget to click on Update to save your changes.
This way, you can control how important each page is in terms of crawling and indexing by Google.

Please ignore the reply from the RankBot. We don’t have any option to set priorities on the sitemap as Google doesn’t count this.

With that said, Rank Math automatically includes all the necessary values to your sitemap so you don’t have to worry about it.
