Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
The sitemap is loading fine on your website, however, when I tested the variations of sitemap using https://httpstatus.io/, I found that all 4 variations of sitemap are returning 415 unsupported media file status.

Since these are usually server errors, I suggest you get in touch with your web host in order to get a resolution for this error.
Let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I have contacted my hosting provider also but they told me there is nothing issue in hosting settings. What should I do now? Can you please suggest to me some different tactics?
Hello,
I have further investigated the issue and it seems that the sitemap is cached by W3 Total Cache.
Could you please follow this knowledge base guide to exclude the sitemap from caching in W3 Total Cache Plugin – https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#w3-total-cache
Post excluding the sitemap from the cache, please clear your site and browser cache and then, try validating the sitemap in https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If this doesn’t work, you can also try disabling the W3 Total Cache plugin and then check if the sitemap works fine.
Hope this helps.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
This also does not work for me what should I do now? With this problem, my post is not indexing and not even crawled by a google bot.
Hello,
I tried accessing your sitemap – https://biographyzing.com/sitemap_index.xml as Googlebot and it gives a 403 error as you can see in the below screenshot.

In this case, you need to contact your web host and ask them to ensure that no firewall or any other service is blocking the Googlebot from crawling the sitemaps.
Let us know how this goes.
Looking forward to helping you with this.
Thank you.
I have again contacted my hosting provider but there is no issue with my hosting. Is there anything I can do to fix this headache issue?
Hello,
Your Sitemap path is throwing a 403 error which means, something is blocking it via the server. Upon further checking, it seems this software from your server “Imunify360” is the one blocking it. Kindly ask your hosting provider to whitelist your sitemap in “Imunify360”.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Hello Gentlemen,
My hosting provider had whitelisted some issues but this problem still persists. Can you please suggest to me some different tactics I can look for to eradicate this painful situation of not indexing?
P.S: My sitemap is still not validating in the sitemap validator.
Hello,
The sitemap is now returning a 404 error.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
