    Hello
    I have the website: luxe3d.co.uk

The common keywords are: [moved to the sensitive data section]

I run the SEO analuzer and it says “No common keywords found in the page title and the description.”
Since there are common words, why is it still saying that?
I’ve waited for weeks hoping the error would somehow disappear but it’s still there.

Let me know please or if you need any access to have a closer look.
    Thank you

    Hi Reinelle
Following Adetayos’ advice, I managed to decrease keyword density.

But if I now add more common keywords to fix “No common keywords found in the page title and the description”, then “Keyword density” will encrease!

    Hello,

Just to confirm, when you do increase the number of keywords – does that resolve the common keyword issue? We’re trying to understand if the issue is the common keyword and keyword density issues are mutually exclusive

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

    OK so the issues are:
    i. No common keywords found in the page title and the description.
ii. Focus Keyword doesn’t appear at the beginning of your content.
    and
iii. Keyword Density is 3.27 which is high, the Focus Keyword and combination appears 16 times.

    i. I do have common keywords, 3D design, both in the page title and the description! Why am I getting this alert?
ii. Focus keyword is the very first thing it appears on the content. Again it’s “3D design”.
iii. The brand is LUXE3D. This is why keyword density is high as it “sees” the word “3D” too many times I guess.

Let me know for any possible solutions when you can about all the above.

oh and iv. No common keywords found

    Hello,

The issue with the common keywords comes from the SEO Analyzer and it’s not detecting the common keywords because you have a policy that doesn’t allow our bot to see the page without reaching the captcha as you can see from the screenshot it took while browsing the homepage.

Since the plugin cannot detect common keywords on the page it also fails the test where it tries to look for those in the title and description.

Both tests mentioned above are related to the SEO Analyzer but the others you mentioned are different and come from the Content Analysis API inside the posts/pages of the website.

Since you are using a page builder that is not fully supported, those tests on the posts and pages will not be accurate because a compatibility layer must be added by the Avada team for our plugin to read all the content.

If the Avada team want to add that layer they can follow the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

A lot of other page builders already include this and are compatible with our plugin.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hi Miguel
By the looks of it, robots.txt plugin was not allowing your bot to see the page.

I’ve disabled the plugin 5 days ago and on RankMath SEO –>SEO Analyzer it still says:
Common Keywords – No common keywords found
and I do have common keywords!

Regarding the compatibility layer, I’ll message Avada now to add it.
Let me know regarding the common keywords, you can access the website with the logins I provided if you like.

Jaideep, please re-do the analysis with your SEO Analyser as I removed robots.txt plugin

    Thanks again

    Hello,

There is still some issue with our plugin to see the HTML of your website. It can see the metadata just fine but when it comes to loading the HTML it’s displaying a blank page.

It seems that the issue with the captcha or bot prevention is still not solved on the website so we recommend whitelisting the following: https://rankmath.com/kb/api-http-400-error/#blocked-by-firewall

You need to make sure the user-agent and IP address can bypass the bot prevention that is shown to it:

    Hi Miguel
I’ve got in touch with my hosting service (SiteGround) and they replied back:
The IP address in question is not blocked by our server’s firewall.

Miguel please have a look at the sensitive data as I have pasted their reply.
Let me know again if you could crawl successfully.

    Hello,

We are not saying that the website is blocked, otherwise, it would never reach the page and provide us with the screenshot.

What we are saying is that our plugin is hitting the robots captcha and thus causing the issue you are seeing. When the plugin is accessing the pages it sees the captcha and thus the calculation for the common keywords on the page is failing.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
