Hey from past few days I am facing few indexing issues that I am completely unable to solve.

I have tried various ways but all went in vain so now I thought to contact you guys real SEO experts.

So from past few day one of my URL that is https://hcisouthafrica.in/best-front-load-washing-machine-below-25000/ is facing one indexing coverage issue that is Crawled – currently not indexed.

Earlier also I faced this issue but it was solved within 3 days automatically and it was indexed by google.

Now yesterday I got a new mail from google about a new coverage issue detected that is Server error (5xx).

Then on my google search console in the coverage section I went further into it and found that this URL i.e https://hcisouthafrica.in/best-front-load-washing-machine-below-25000/feed/ is causing the issue.

Further more I found out that every articles feed was giving this issue.

So now what is the best way to solve this issue without harming SEO and why I am facing indexing issue s so frequently like the discovered currently not indexed and Crawled – currently not indexed.

Please guide me through it as I have already wasted my entire week on these issue without any solution.

I am sharing each screenshot of the issue for better clarification as well.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Let’s walk through your queries step by step.

Now yesterday I got a new mail from google about a new coverage issue detected that is Server error (5xx).

This is related to a server issue, please contact your hosting provider as they are in a better position to fix this issue for you.

So now what is the best way to solve this issue without harming SEO and why I am facing indexing issue s so frequently like the discovered currently not indexed and crawled – currently not indexed.

Along with this issue, I also noticed in the screenshots shared URL is not on Google.

To troubleshoot and understand more regarding the mentioned above, please refer to our Knowledge Base article here:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/google-index/

Also, please note that it is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website.
So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

Please check out the link below for more details:

We hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you

    Hello
Well I have already talked to the hosting guys first.

Moreover for the Server error (5xx) please check the screenshots that they are form a specific post and that to from feed URL that is – https://hcisouthafrica.in/best-front-load-washing-machine-below-25000/feed/

While investigating further on Youtube and other sources few of them suggested to simply disallow those URL or just make a permanent removal request in the search console itself.

I also think that the removal will solve it but is it safe from the SEO perspective.

Also plz explain what is this feed that is being created on every post and then creating a coverage issue as I don’t have that much knowledge about this.

    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

Thanks for your prompt response and additional information.

The screenshot, shared by you, implies that the specific post/page is being read by feed readers.

By default, WordPress adds the feed to each post on your website, so those can be read by feed readers.

Usually Google doesn’t even index those specific URLs with the feed.
Also, they don’t affect SEO. So it’s safe to remove them from GSC.

We really hope this answers your questions. Looking forward to helping you further.

    Thank you
