    Hi,

    I would like to request a refund. I purchased the service, but it doesn’t connect to my website. I spent hours trying to make it work, and on top of that, it didn’t display the price or provide a confirmation message when I made the purchase. I am extremely unhappy with it. I just bought it today and it has already caused me a lot of frustration. I would like my money back as soon as possible.

    It simply charged me without confirming the purchase, and after all, it didn’t work, I want my money back!

    Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update it. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

    Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Then, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    If the issue persists, we can check this for you, please share your website’s WP admin login in the sensitive data section.

    However, if you wish to proceed with your refund request, let us know here and we’ll do the needful.

    It already caused me too much waste of time, and it wasn’t the amount that I was expecting to pay as well. As I said it didn’t show me the amount and charged me straight away without me seeing the amount before hand.

    I want my refund ASAP!!

    I that Iʼm asking is my money back, I wasn’t expecting to spend that much money, and the website didn’t show me the price before and charged me. That’s too much, and I can’t afford it. Furthermore I spent way to much time trying to connect it.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.

    We are continuously improving our products so we would request you to check back in the future to see if we might have something relevant to your needs.
