    My name is Shoshi Herscu and I bought your Pro plugin/app yesterday.
    I would like to receive a refund as it’s awful and I’ve already deactivated it.

    I paid it by PayPal. This is how it appears in my account:

    We do not see any subscription on the account you used to create this ticket. Perhaps you had purchased the subscription with a different email.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    We need to see the order number that starts with RANKMATH2#####-####-#####

    Thanks for your reply.
    The payment appears on PayPal and I’ll find it for you.
    This app obliterated the optimization effort made on my site recently. After deactivating it, the site had high scores again on Google speed insights as before installing this app. Yoast doesn’t have such issues.

    Why can’t I upload the receipt? And I don’t see such a code on PayPal. It just says “Rank Math PRO

    We have found the subscription under the email address added to the sensitive data section.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
