I am writing to request a refund for two recent charges made to my credit card without prior notice. The transaction details are as follows:

RANKMATH251015-2405-36124B
I did not receive any renewal reminder email, and I am not currently using the platform. I live in Brazil and I am going through a delicate moment taking care of my baby, so this unexpected charge will really impact me financially.
According to Brazilian consumer law (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), customers have the right to request a full refund within 7 days of an online or automatic charge, especially when the renewal was processed without explicit consent.
Therefore, I kindly ask that you cancel the renewal and process a full refund for both transactions.
If the refund is not issued, I will proceed with a chargeback request with my bank based on this consumer law.Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your prompt response.
