Refund Request – Unauthorized Renewal Charges

    Hello Rank Math Team,

    I am writing to request a refund for two recent charges made to my credit card without prior notice. The transaction details are as follows:

    RANKMATH251015-2405-10130B

    RANKMATH251015-2405-36124B

    I did not receive any renewal reminder email, and I am not currently using the platform. I live in Brazil and I am going through a delicate moment taking care of my baby, so this unexpected charge will really impact me financially.

    According to Brazilian consumer law (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), customers have the right to request a full refund within 7 days of an online or automatic charge, especially when the renewal was processed without explicit consent.

    Therefore, I kindly ask that you cancel the renewal and process a full refund for both transactions.
    If the refund is not issued, I will proceed with a chargeback request with my bank based on this consumer law.

    As requested, we have cancelled and initiated a refund for your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
